Wow feels like ages since i wrote my last blog and the first part of this. Was ill a few weeks ago and last week working yet more overtime which is all my life seems to consist of at the moment lol. Anyway here we go.
Thursday
St paddys day but after all the excitment and what have you we decided to stay in today and have a chilled out day. Some how ended up in the loft and searching through bxes. It is amazing what you find. We also found a lot of old photos so sat looking and having a good laugh at those. We decided to go to town for lunch and on the way home passed the irish pub. Donna asked for some balloons but the bouncer said no she was gutted lol. Came back and chilled with a Westlife dvd and took some daft pictures.
Friday
Friday came around far to quick and it was time for Donna to go home. I took her back to the bus station at lunchtime then headed home. I felt kind of lost as she had been there all week. So I went home and packed ready for glasgow.
Saturday
It was finally the day, the day for Glasgow. I got to the station about 20 mins before my train was due and sat on the platform. Was just about to start reading my book but there was a commotion as two lads had been trying to jump the train so got a bit of drama lol. There was a couple with a gorgeous little boy who kept coming over saying 'hiya'. He was adorable and his dad was like oh he is such a little flirt awww lol. Then a very fit man in a kilt walked past bit of eye candy lol. Unfortunatley when on the train he was on another carraige gutted lol. The train journey went over quite fast had my book and ipod for company. When i got off the train met Louise and we went for lunch. After lunch we headed for our hotel, checked in got changed then headed out again to meet up with Nic. Hadnt seen her for almost a year so was nice to see her again. We had a wonder around glasgow then headed up to the SECC or should i say the SE double C as it was named by Nic lol. We stood outside waiting for the rest of the girls to arrive. It was a quick hello, a few hugs and a quick catch up before we headed in to the arena. We sat and watched Glenn Cal then when Wonderland started my step sis (works there) came over so it was like a little reunion with her. I deserted Louise and went over the other side of the arena to see my nice who i hadnt seen since my brothers weddin. My sis gave me a set list then told me to shout of Louise to come over. We ended up standing at the barrier at the side of the stage watching Wonderland with Kevin lol. We said hi and left it at that. Was quite amusing as people were trying to come over and ask him for a pic and he said no! Once the girls were finished their set we sayed at the barrier and they come out to do a signing. We had a lovely chat with them all especialy Sharon who told us the girls still had our irish flag from Cawdor castle :). They were lovely th most down to earth girls. They also signed a dvd and post card and had pics.
The lads as always were on top form. The block we were sat in was on an angle but we had a great view. Took a couple of pictues but more videos of the speeches. It was nice not watching the concert through a camera lol. The lads were bouncing so when it came to Nicky's speech there was a lot of banter about the upcoming cup final. And for us it was mon the gers and yu they won lol. There was one point where Shane almsot fell off the stae wa hilarious. There was also 8 empty seats on the front row so the lads chose 8 people to come down and sit there. It turned out to be the longest speech ever lol. On the gurder the banter continued they were even singing oh Donna we know your name lol. Just before the encore we seent he people who were sitting next to our mate move so me and Louise ran over my sister stood and watched us lol. When they came back on Kian's face was pricless he was so confused so we all waved at him he laughed and waved back. The concert ended far to quick and it was a quick goodbye to the girls and my sis and time to head back to the hotel. Sunday and time to go home. I have always said i feel so at home in Ireand and tbh i do in Scotland too i think it's because i have family there too.
To sum it all up, i had a fab week off work and laughed the whole time. Cant imagine doing it all without the girls so thanks Louise, Donna and Rachael. Not to menrion the Westlife lads and Wonderland. I have one more thing to say, roll on Hailton lol.
